TSB 18-NA-355 was updated July 2019 negating the need for the picoscope diagnosis (see the bottom section in your link), and dealerships were directed to flush their existing stock. They could not get the pco-scop to register a high enough vibration so they would not warranty the repair. FYI, if paying out of pocket for this it is 3 hours of labor versus the 1.6 in the bulletin. It took every bit of those 3 hours. I watched.
