My mower (Gravely) has the ZT 3200 with essentially the same instructions for the procedure in the Gravely Owner's manual. My question concerns the oil that is used. Potential Fix: Refill the fuel tank with hyaluronic fluid every 90 hours. A damaged drive belt falls short of the required tension. Tighten the belt applying more force. If it does not work then change the damage belt. To Increase the service life of the transmission system, replace the damaged parts. Regular maintenance is vital in this case.Fact: Hydro-Gear recommends an initial filter AND OIL change at between 75 and 100 hours and every 400 hours thereafter for their ZT-2800, ZT-3100, ZT-3200 and ZT-3400 transaxles.
