Usually the noise and stiff steering on an RTV is from a bushing in the column right below your steering wheel. Originally they used a rubber bushing and have up graded it to plastic. After installing the Bighorns on it, I took it to a really steep hill that the RTV900 could never climb. You can't get any run at the hill and it is extremely steep.
