Compared to a grocery store, or an actual butcher, these products are subpar. For a similar price, you can get way more and better quality meats at a butcher.It should be 100% USDA grade A beef. I believe they're only 3.5 oz uncooked. This is correct. You go in and get a ten minute sales pitch trying to sell you the big packages. I bought just the rib eyes and was disappointed.
